I was very satisfied with the work itself except I had the cabin filters changed & on the passenger side of my 2021 QX80 they didn’t put it door back in place correctly & I tried but it keeps falling back down. My first time at this dealership for service. I received a prompt appointment and arranged transportation since I had to leave my car since part had to be ordered. I wasn't pleased when I was told I would receive a call when my car was ready which didn't happen. I did receive a text and call for additional $4000+ critical work needed on top of $1400 cost other repaii brought it in for! I declined all the additional recommendations. My INFINITI suddenly couldn’t get started last night, so I called INFINITI road service desk. The staff responded quickly and told me that the jumper would arrive within 2 hours. I told her that my car partially blocked the street and asked if she could send someone sooner. She agreed to try. I got a call from the towering guy soon after and who came in about 30 minutes.
